Indeed shopping at Raymond was a very pleasant experience. We visited the store to buy a suit. Vinayak the sales representative was very helpful, he escorted us right through the entire process of selecting the right suit material to measurements, stitching, quick processing and payment at the billing counter. We went to purchase 1 suits but we landed up buying 2 of them. It was a seamless experience with clear focus on customer centricity.
